This HOTFIX changes the way the platform deals with Credit Card Payments with Stripe:

  1. It is fixing a bug that Charges to the Credit Card could be made without placing an order
  2. It swaps the system from "Separate charges and transfers" to "Direct charges", so that the connected Stripe accounts receives more information about an order.
