[New Basket] Customizable Columns

In the Advanced Material View and Order Overview the columns are now customizable and sortable.

Each material property can be activated or deactivated to improve the usability of our tables.

Custom Order Statuses

Until now, an order could only have one of four statuses:

  • Pending
  • Printing
  • Shipped
  • Canceled

Now order workflows can be individually created for each print service. New steps can be added, they can be color coded and a different email template can be send out for each individual status that it is changed. 

Note: This feature only affects orders that have been confirmed so it does not affect the the status Price Requested.

This feature needs to be activated for each interested service, but simply contact your project manager to begin.


[Analytics] Improved Order overview

The orders in the order-chart are not accumulated anymore, but instead contain the non-accumulated orders per selected time interval:


[User Panel] Address Management

In order of the overall update of the user panel, the User Profile contains a new Section to edit the address book easily.


[Service Panel] Datasheet upload unified across languages

To be able to support more languages the datasheet upload needed to be minimized. 
A service now only needs to upload one datasheet for all languages for each material. If multiple languages are required, we recommend to make these available in one PDF which can be uploaded to the platfom.


Other Notable Features and Bug Fixes

  • [New Basket] - The new Basket now supports inch. To upload a file in inch, go to your Profile Settings → User Preferences → Unit: Inch
  • [New Basket] - Basket upload works now at the first try
  • [New Basket] - Selected part name now changes correctly
  • [New Basket] - Printability analysis shows consistent results for different file formats
  • [New Basket] The Checkout opens and closes much faster now
  • [Email] - Corrected link redirection for reset password email notification 
  • [Registration] - VAT number is shown mandatory only when expected
  • [Service Panel] - Order documents: tables are now formated better if the name of the part is very long
  • [New Basket] - Drag and drop now trigger file validation checks
  • [User Panel]There 2 new currencies available: ZAR (South Africa), CZK (Czech Republic)

Under the Hood

  • We did some cleanup of old code and migrations. That means that it is not possible anymore to update from 2.x.x to >3.8.0. If this kind of update is still needed, it needs to happen in steps with 3.7.1 as first update.
  • [Admin Panel] - Value of translatable fields is not overwritten anymore
  • [Admin Panel] - The HTTP Basic Auth now supports non-ascii characters as username or passwort
  • [Admin Panel] - Navigation links in Admin Panel are now sortable
  • [Admin Panel] - Swap columns in the Material Database in Admin Panel
  • [Admin Panel] - Many small improvements to improve usability
  • [Admin Panel] - Redirects of sites/subdomains possible
  • [Service Panel] - WebhookSerialization is not failing anymore for pickup locations
