LTS 4.8.0 - 2021.06.02

This release presents substantial usability improvements in our PLM, while enabling a more efficient use of our ERP software, an improved connection between our ERP & MES, while further automating the different steps between an order and finalized production.

[PLM] AMPI Part list enhancement

The AMPI part list can now display custom properties and scores. For a convenient display of the additional columns, we’ve made the table horizontally scrollable.

In addition, you can now filter by numerical scores. Just set the scores you are interested in to filterable in the admin panel. More information on .

The new Export as CSV takes the current filter setting into consideration and creates a CSV export file that contains only those parts, that match the current filter.

[PLM] A better arrangement of fields during Forms editing in the admin panel

For more convenient editing of Forms in the admin panel, we have moved the Property field to the top within Form Groups. More information:

[ERP] Project List & Detail view

This release introduces a new way to view & track requests, quotes & orders, through the project list & detail view. More info:

[ERP] Prevent Users from editing Addresses

Some enterprise companies use a centralized SSO governed database of credentials & connected addresses. To facilitate their workflow we have implemented:

[ERP] Customer Information Section search dropdown

You can now search for more than 25 customers in the customer search dropdown.

[ERP] The Part Requirements form can now be edited when creating or editing an order in the service panel (but no longer editable in the order detail view)

We removed the possibility to edit part requirements directly in the order without the need to create a new order. The reason for this, is that this led to changes in the order without a traceable history.

Instead, part requirements can now be edited while editing or creating an order.

[ERP] Part Requirements are now enabled by default if organization has at least one form linked

The flag to disable/enable part requirements in the admin panel was removed. Instead, whenver at least one part requirement form is enabled for the organization, the part requirements are shown.

[ERP] Extend order status category "initial" to be able to hold multiple states

The order status category initial can now hold multiple custom states, of which one can be configured to be the default incoming order state.

[MES] Default durations for workflow steps

During workflow creation it is now possible to add default durations to the individual workflow steps. This will be used to automatically calculate an estimated finish date for parts depending on their default estimated step durations.

[MES] Default workflows per material

In the materials section it is now possible to specify a default workflow per material. Workflows can be set as default in the “General” section of every individual material and will be assigned automatically once parts are created in the MES.

[MES] Auto-assignment of workflows to parts

Workflows specified as default in for a material will be automatically assigned to parts of this material upon part creation in the MES.

[MES] Sort part list by part step

The part list can now additionally be sorted by the “Step” column:

[MES] Order number column in create job drawer table

The part table in the job creation drawer now includes an order number column to find parts easier for scheduling. Clicking on the part or order IDs in the job creation drawer will open the individual detail pages in a new browser tab.

[MES] Connect and update Order and Part status

We introduced a new feature connecting the order and part status across our MES and ERP. In the admin panel an order status can be specified as the Production finished status. When all parts of one or multiple orders have reached the last step of their workflow, the user is prompted to update these orders in a dedicated modal window.

[MES] Finished parts are now hidden by default in the part table

The logic for the hide finished parts filter was changes, the filter was renamed to Show finished parts - now hiding all finished parts by default:
