We are happy to announce version 4.5.0 - and again bring a lot of new features and smaller improvements to our software.

[ERP] - Better part requirements display

Part requirements are an important part of any uploaded part. We have given them a more prominent place within Request, Quote and Order details, so that they are always in sight.

 

[ERP] - Pricing based on Pickup location

We have added a new variable that can be used to check if a customer has chosen a pickup location during the checkout process. You can now adjust your price formulas to take that into consideration.

[ERP] - Tax-exempt flag for US customers using TaxJar

You can now set individual customers of yours as tax-exempt. Customers who are set to tax-exempt will not be charged US Sales tax when an invoice is created. In addition, setting a validity date lets you specify how long the tax-exemption should be applied, e.g. when your customer’s tax exemption certificate is not valid indefinitely.

[ERP] - Edit Quote name

In the Service Panel you can now change the name of a Quote

[MES] - Order can not be moved back to pending if in any other status category

To ensure data consistency across our platforms, starting with release 4.5.0 it will not be possible to revert the status of an order to the “initial” state category after updating it to any state of the “in progress” category previously. This will assure part properties can not be changed anymore once they are in production.

[MES] - Batch-downloading 3D files from multiple orders, quotes and requests

With version 4.5.0 it is now possible to download 3D models from multiple SalesTransactions in one go. Simply open the Requests / Quotes or Orders list, select the desired Objects and batch-download all their 3D files at once.

[MES] - Renaming part files via the Admin Panel

With 4.5.0 we are introducing the option to set up your own file-naming rules for downloading your 3D files from the 3YOURMIND platform. Open the admin panel and navigate to Fulfillment Partners > Advanced Options > File naming Rules to set up your own file naming guideline. The following variables are available for automatically renaming your 3d files for downloading:

  1. Order number

  2. Order reference number

  3. Part number

  4. Part name

  5. Created by

  6. Quantity

  7. Material

  • [MES] Target date added as a variable to production sheet template.

Bugs

  • Fixed a bug that prohibited the bulk-download of all part files from the order detail view.

  • Fixed a bug where long part file names broke the part detail page styling.

  • Fixed a bug that prohibited searching the parts list by order number.

  • Fixed a bug where order statuses were not translated properly to the users profile language.

  • Fixed a bug where part requirements form fields were not translated properly.

  • Fixed a bug that would prevent you from setting the shipping price to 0 when using the Create Order form.
