This release focused on additional features and performance improvements for Sales Transactions in the Agile ERP. The most significant developments are improved collaboration with the service to confirm quotes and customizing order documents using templates. We also added two currencies to support customers in additional countries.

The Agile MES improved workstation scheduling by tracking business days and improving rescheduling of parts into different workflows. Another key improvement is Material Batch tracking which can be automatically tagged to each part produced on that machine within that time period.

New Features

[Agile ERP] - BETA [Sales Transactions ] Order, Quotes and Requests appear as Lists in Service Panel

As part of our launch of sales transactions, the Agile ERP menu in Service Panel has been split to match the User Panel with separate sections for Requests, Quotes and Orders. Having each category individually simplifies the process of sorting information to process orders and move parts into production.

[Agile ERP] - BETA [Sales Transactions] Comments Enabled

The commenting features has now been migrated into all steps of the Sales Transaction process so that communication between Users and Services is saved. This also includes copying the discussion made during the request or quoting process into the final order. As before, email notifications are enabled so that any time a comment is saved, all people involved in the transaction will get an email . 

[Agile ERP] - BETA [Sales Transactions] Custom PDF Templates for Quotes 

Services can upload their own pdf templates so that quotes will match the branding of their organization. The pdf coding is done in HTML and pulls the order information using standardized variables.

When users are unsure about saving a Quote or place an Order, the new Contact Service will send a message along with current basket details as a Request in the Service Panel. This is important to streamline the communication stream and avoid placing orders with incorrect information.

[Agile MES] Show Current Material in Workstation

Print Operators can now easily track what material is currently loaded on the 3D printer. The MES will alert you if the next scheduled job requires a material change based on the produced part volume. This information will also be available in exported reports for tracking.

[Agile MES] Material Batch Number in Job Detail

The Material Batch Number for cab also be set at the Job level. This is important for Quality Control, particular to document powder used for parts against testing done in the lab.

[Agile MES] Ability to Deselect Workflow

If you have assigned a workflow to a part, it is now possible to deselect it again so that it can be assigned to a new workflow for scheduling.

Why is this important? Many customers first perform an internal approval of parts for production. This may confirm the initial assignment, but if there was a mistake made or the customer requirements changed after the initial workflow selection, a part needed to be reordered for scheduling. Now that is a simple process to shift it into the correct production stream.

[Agile MES] Business Days and Business Hours

Most AM companies are not producing 24/7. Usually, one or two weekend days need to be accounted for as well as hours where no one is physically present in the facilities so new jobs could not be started. By assigning the business days and hours of availability, the Agile MES can make better recommendations for how to schedule incoming parts.

[Agile MES] Box Volume in MES list

The part list now shows the box volume of parts. This is very useful to compare parts in order to prioritise them for scheduling. Sorting functionality will be available in the following releases.

[Organization Panel] User Management

We have added a cleaner user management view including sorting and filtering. For spaces who have enabled user verification, there will also be the option to validate new users or revoke their access from this view.

Improvements 

• [Agile ERP] - From now on the Australian Dollar (AUD) and Singaporean Dollar (SGD) are available to set as default currency from service profile settings.
• [Agile ERP] - Upon entering service panel, user will be automatically directed to the service view if they only have access to one service.
• [Agile ERP] - We updated the viewer both in the User Panel and in the Service Panel so they show the same data and have the same functionality.
• [Agile MES] - We added a listing of assigned post processing steps onto the Part Detail page.

Bug Fixes

• [Agile ERP] - [Sales Transactions] Order Again button in Order Details in User Panel is now working.
• [Agile ERP] - [Sales Transactions] Reference number appears in the Order Details.
• [Agile ERP] - [Sales Transactions] Proceed button in the basket is no longer clickable when the settings are not complete.
• [Agile ERP] - VAT amount is no longer rounded on order documents.
• [Agile ERP] - A display issue in checkout solved.
• [Agile ERP] - [Sales Transactions] Users can leave the checkout sequence when placing an Order from a Quote.
• [Agile ERP] - [Sales Transactions] Pickup locations in shipping block are now supported.
• [Agile ERP] - [Sales Transactions] Service contact details appear in service block again.
• [Agile ERP] - Fees and VAT cost are no longer conflicting. 
• [Agile ERP] - Custom Payment methods are working fine again.
• [Agile ERP] - Using manual pricing no longer disables the price tester in the service panel.
• [Agile ERP] - Add a fix for Swiss VAT.
• [Agile MES] - Deselecting scheduled status filter stays after refreshing.
• [Agile MES] - Removed error message when commenting on a job.
• [Agile MES] - Downloading multiple production sheets works again.
• [Agile MES] - Disable workflows that include more than one printing step.
• [Agile MES] - Production Sheets downloaded at Job Detail show the correct workstation in the processing step.
