Welcome to the release log of version 1.5.0-rc7 of the 3D Marketplace Application of 3YOURMIND.

In this release we focused a lot on MSSQL integration in our app again and also integrated some payment methods for one of our customers and improved the APIs the customer wants to use.

During the time of the last release we had 22 issues. Of those have been:

Microsoft SQL Server integration

Our app should fully work now with Microsoft SQL server as a database. This feature is still in beta and will be tested throughout the next weeks. We expect this going live really soon.

The technical requirements of this one is especially hard since MSSQL Server is using a little bit different syntax in comparison to other databases.

Panel Switcher

The panel switcher makes it possible to change between panels for the user in an easy way. It is basically our new navigation between parts of the application.

In the future you will be able to change different settings inside this panel too and it will be one of the main menus for the users which should be consistent throughout the sites.

Other notable changes

• Fixed edge case where file prices have not been loaded in compare view after file has been analyzed
• Improved error messages for mistakes in the service settings form
  
• Fixed a bug concerning changing materials when you want to check the printability by clicking on the printability icon
  
• Improve UI in the new service configuration for disabled services, those services should not be selectable anymore
  

• Show shipping instructions in the new service configuration panel

• Rename how discounts are described in new service configuration panel
  

• Integration of the NETS payment method
  

• Extend validation for manual pricing rules to not include negative numbers for prices and similar
  

• Add additional validation of material discounts so negative numbers are not allowed

• More input validation for materials like disallowance of negative minimum or maximum values of width, height or depth
  

• Fix regression where wrong shipping fee was shown in a quotation when the shipping fee changed for this shipping method
  

• More robust add-to-basket api endpoint which is waiting that the 3D backend has processed the files completely
  

• Fix wrongly shown tax rate after a 3D printing service changed the tax rate
  

• Fix add-to-basket endpoint for regression after ordering a 3D project
  

• Migrate translations so that we can start the german translation for the new service configuration panel, translations should be finished soon for the new service configuration panel
  

• Make it possible to download the original multi color file
