Customization via the Admin Panel

Through the Admin Panel you can define the General Branding of your platform.

To access the admin panel:

  • Visit the homepage (https://[Your domain]/)

  • Log in with Email and Password of the superadmin

  • Edit the URL to https://[Your domain]/admin

Colours

Change the colours of the platform to match your corporate ones!

Just choose the main colour of the platform and all the visual elements in it will adapt automatically, e.g. buttons, text, icons

To change the colours of your platform navigate to → Organization themes 

  • Under Theming you will find different options to customize the colours of the platform. The Navbar can have a different colour than the main elements

  • The colours of the buttons of the landing page can be changed under Old Theming 

Logos and Favicon 

In Organization themes you can also include a Logo and Favicon for your platform. The Emails logo can also be defined here

 

The Organization Themes also has options to adjust the Emails Footer and Email Sender

Go to Email Footer and adjust booth fields at your preference.

Note: If you change the Name of Email From Address always include <print@3yourmind.com> after it as in the picture. If you wish to change the email address kindly follow the process described here

 

Terms and Conditions

Check out Terms and Conditions can be adjusted under Fulfilment Partner → Terms and Conditions

Sign up Page Terms and Conditions can be adjusted under Organization → Terms and Conditions

 

Help Page

The help page contains Support Contacts which will be displayed in the dashboard in the user panel. Multiple can be defined.

  • The help page can be customized under Organization → User Roles

  • Click on a green plus and create a new contact

  • Then add the newly created contact to the field

Links can be added to the Navigation Bar of your platform.

  • Quick Links can be customized under Organization → Links
