PLM
Save time finding relevant information with the brand new Home Page
Next time you access PLM, you will be welcomed by a brand new Home Page. There, you will have access to a handful of information and shortcuts which will help you make the most of PLM: it will give you insights about your parts that you’ve never had before, and help you navigate instantly to the parts most relevant to you.
More details in the documentation: Home Page
Build your AM business case with the Overview
At the top of the Home Page, AM experts will be provided with information about the entire part list as well as about the parts that have been approved. Without leaving PLM, AM experts have an up-to-date vision of the overall additive manufacturing identification process within their organisation.

Reach the most interesting part in one click with the Quick Filters
You used to spend time tweaking filters on the Part List to see the parts of interest to you. And you may even have had to do it several times in a row to get a clearer understanding of your parts. From now on, with the quick filters available on the Home Page as well as on the Part List, you are always only one click away from a filtered list of parts relevant to you.

Access the last parts added to the platform
New parts added to the platform requires specific attention to move them along the identification process. From now on, you can take action on them straight from the Home page.
Coordinate with your colleagues about part reviewing with the Assign functionality
As an AM expert reviewing parts, you have certainly already encountered situation where you had to rely on a colleague to help you in the review process. You then had to coordinate with this colleague outside of the platform, probably through email. This time is over as you can now assign a part to a colleague directly on the part detail page. He will then be able to smoothly take responsibility for this specific part.

ERP
Share projects with other users
When ordering parts you sometimes want to share the current project with your supervisor to get approval for a quote. Or you want to loop other people into the communication who need to be informed about the progress of an order. Or while you are on leave one of your colleagues should pick up parts of a finished order.
You can now share any of your projects with other users and enable them to
access all project information directly through their own ERP account
be automatically informed about project updates such as order status changes
read and participate in the communication with Service
act on projects themselves, e.g. order a quote, re-order, etc.

More intuitive basket user flow by renaming button “Save” → “Continue”
We have renamed the “Save” button at the end of the Part Requirements form. The label now reads “Continue”. This makes it clear to users, that the part configuration workflow continues even when no information is entered on the part requirements form. It is now consistent with button naming of other basket wizard pages, e.g. post-processing.
This change applies to you if you have a Part Requirements form enabled and configured.
MES
Part updates from mobile devices
With version 4.15 we are reaching a milestone for the efficiency of our Agile MES.
We stripped down and optimized our part detail page for mobile use, allowing part updates by scanning QR codes on the newly created sequence group production sheet. Enabling part updates from mobile devices boosts the efficiency on your shop floor in multiple areas. Not only can mobile functionality save your workers and technicians hours each day by bringing functionality, but also is the MES kept up to date with correct data - enabling you to perform analytics to further increase the efficiency of your processes.
Open the new mobile view by scanning the QR code on the new sequence group production sheet and simply open the underlying URL in your mobile browser. Initial functionality includes scrapping or moving a sequence group to the next step.
The new sequence group production sheet can be exported from the sequences table by selecting the respective sequence group and clicking ‘More’, as well as from a jobs detail page as bulk-export for all sequence groups included in this job.
Additionally to the added sequence group number and quantity, the sheet is pre-filled with any available information about the scheduled jobs that is already available in the MES.
This presents workers on the shop floor with vital information about further operations that are scheduled, saving minutes prior spent on searching each individual parts next operation.
Automated part recognition and sorting with AM-Flow
We have made another step forward towards our vision of the completely automated shop floor by developing a connection to AM-Flow’s automated part recognition and sorting solution AM-Vision. Save multiple hours daily for your technicians and shop floor workers by identifying and sorting parts automatically into their respective orders or upcoming workflow steps.
General improvements
3YOURMIND platform now available in Italian
We have added Italian language support to all of our products: PLM, ERP, MES. You can now use our software in native Italian. Just select Italian in your profile settings.
For information on how to change your profile language see https://3yourmind.atlassian.net/l/c/VoAguKY0 .
Configurable CSV export delimiter avoids workarounds when using MS Excel
We have added a server setting that enables changing the default CSV delimiter from comma (“,”) to semi-colon (“;”). This helps all those users located in countries like France or Germany where the default delimiter is typically a semi-colon. Opening a CSV with MS Excel - which is known for having issues with CSVs with different delimiters - is now a simple double click. Going through a cumbersome Excel CSV import wizard every time is not needed anymore.
This is a platform-wide setting and affects all CSV exports across PLM, ERP, MES. See our platform documentation, https://3yourmind.atlassian.net/l/c/0diAQjmg , to find out where and how it can be configured.
Bug fixes
ERP
It used to be possible to order a quote after a long time resulting in a preferred due date that was already in the past. In such a case we are now automatically adjusting the preferred due date to the date of order.
MES
A bug leading to a part production sheet header misalignment was fixed.
The job list was missing the assignee column and filtering option, this is now fixed.
