Customer portal

If you experience technical issues, bugs or if you have questions you would like to address to us please contact us through our Customer Portal.

 

Procedure

  1. Open the URL: support.3yourmind.com and create an account.

  2. Click on “submit a request” to contact the 3yourmind support team.

  3. You can reach out to us for different types of issues (Technical support, Report a bug, Suggest an improvement, Other questions). Select one and fill out the temple.

4. Assign a Priority to your ticket

5. Share the ticket with your Organization for other members of your team to see the ticket

 

Tickets resolution 

Once you have submitted your ticket you can follow up on the resolution of your problem. If you click on “requests” on the top right of the portal you will access all the tickets you have opened. 

 

When you open one of them you can see the status of this ticket and add comments.
