New Input for Pricing: Quantity

It is now possible to use "quantity" as an input parameter for pricing formulas.

By doing this, it is now possible to create quantity-based pricing on the unit price of a part without using discounts.

New 3D Viewer in Service Panel

In the Service Panel, our brand new 3D Viewer is now active. This viewer will eventually also get used inside the User Panel and AMPI.
The viewer still contains a few bugs - please don't report those. We are working on it.

Other notable changes

• Tax Rate on Project page is now always shown right ("19%" instead "19.01%")
• Organization Panel  now works in Firefox 60.0.2
• Zoom on Old 3D Viewer is repaired
• [Frontend] Materials to clone Post-Processes from are now displayed in Firefox
• Project link in order confirmation emails is shown again (when using new shipping address)
• Manual Pricing works again (Emails are sent out correctly)
