Placing Orders

Ordering is the last stage of a sales transaction. An order contains the full production settings for a printing service to create a series of AM parts. Once complete, it can be accessed again for reference, reordering or progress tracking.

If you have a 3D file but have questions before placing the final production order, you can first place a request or save your potential order as a quote.

Place an Order

  1. Select Checkout at the lower end of the page.

  2. Select a Shipping Address or Pickup Location
Shipping Locations influences the available shipping methods provided by the printing service. You can choose from an existing one, add new ones or edit available ones.

  3. Select your Shipping Method
These are determined by the production service you selected. You can add delivery instructions.

  4. Add Billing Details
The payment methods depend on service you selected. By default, your shipping address is selected as a billing address, but you can also change it from your saved Shipping Addresses.

  5. Add an Order Reference Number and your Tax ID Number for accounting.

  6. Review Your Order and accept the Terms & Conditions

  7. Place the Order for production.
