Creating Requests
Requests are intended to be used to get information about how to proceed before placing an order. For instance, you ask a service for a material or post-processing recommendation or get a manual pricing.
When you place a request, the 3D files, any current production selections and comments will be sent to the Printing Service. The engineer or business developer can answer any open questions using the platform communication. Once they have added manual prices for the models, the saved result will be translated into one or more Quotes that are saved in the system.
