Communicating via Comments
To properly plan orders, buyers and AM services need simple and efficient communication. In the Agile ERP, we increase the speed of getting to production by keeping comments right next to production selections and 3D files. That communication remains accessible also between the Requests, Quotations and Order Approval Process. Decision-making is improved and the software helps reduce errors caused by inefficient communication.
Commenting on 3D Projects
Each Request, Quote and Order maintains its own specific comment stream.
Go to Orders and click a line to access the Order Detail Page
Scroll down to see all current Comments.
Using Add a Comment, you can send a message directly to the printing service.
Users can reply to specific comments by clicking Reply.
An e-mail notification is also sent to all team members who have access the 3D Project.
