Workspace Overview

The platform is made up of different workspaces:

• User Workspace

• Service Workspace

• Part Identification

• Organization Management

What workspaces you are currently in, is displayed under the user profile name.

Switching Workspaces

To switch to a different workspace, click on the user name in the bottom left corner. This brings up the profile menu that shows you a list of available workspaces to navigate to.

Fast switching of workspaces with keyboard shortcuts

The following keyboard shortcuts are available for fast and convenient switching of workspaces:

• ⌘ or ⌃-⇧-P → Part Identification

• ⌘ or ⌃-⇧-O → Organization Management

• ⌘ or ⌃-⇧-S → Service Workspace

• ⌘ or ⌃-⇧-U → Customer Workspace
