Managing Shipping Addresses

Each user has a personal address book of shipping locations to select from while ordering new parts. They can be managed in the profile or during the checkout sequence.

 

Add a New Shipping Address

  1. Navigate to your User Profile (lower left) > Profile > Addresses

  2. Select Create a New Address

  3. Input all Shipping Information

  4. Click Save

There is no limit to the number of shipping addresses that can be saved in your address book.

Define your Default Shipping Address

The default shipping address is pre-filled on every order. It can be adjusted at any point during the ordering process.

  1. The address in bold is your current Default Shipping Address.

  2. Select Set as Default to switch to a new address.

Add a Shipping Address During Ordering

New addresses can also be saved to the address book during the ordering process.

  1. Place an Order

  2. In the first screen, select Add a New Shipping Address

  3. The information you input will be added to your order and your Address Book.

Organizations can prevent users from editing addresses

Some Enterprises rely on a centralized database to manage the allowed addresses for use by their users. These organization admins can disable the possibility for their users to edit addresses in the admin panel
