Overview

Region settings allow you to personalize your experience on the platform by setting your preferred language, currency, and unit system (metric or imperial). These preferences help ensure correct pricing, consistent file handling, and a user interface in your language of choice.

Open

1. Navigate to your Email Address > Profile > Region Settings

2. Set your Country Location

   1. Typing the first few letters of the country will show all available names.

3. Select the platform Language

   1. We currently support the following languages:

      1. English

      2. French

      3. German

      4. Italian

      5. Japanese

      6. Polish

      7. Spanish

   2. To request additional language support, please email our team.

4. Choose your preferred Currency.

5. Select the Unit typically used for your 3D models, Millimeter or Inch. This will set the default when uploading 3d models. You can still change that per each individual upload if needed.

Date Format

Note:

• The date format (e.g. dd.mm.yyyy, mm/dd/yyyy) is not controlled by Region Settings.
  It follows the locale settings of your web browser.
  To change the date format, update your browser or system locale preferences.
  
  

• The date format used in PDFs (such as Order Confirmations, Invoices, etc.) is controlled by the Service that issues the document.
