The Service Panel is the main hub to manage orders and production for your 3D printing service. Your configuration will determine what materials and processing methods your customers and employees can access and what workflow they use to go through the https://3yourmind.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PD/pages/101842961. It is probably helpful to think through it first from the user perspective about how they move from request to quote to order.

Once each order is complete in the Agile ERP, the parts will be visible in the Agile MES for scheduling and processing. Because the entire platform is interlinked, all production status updates can be accessed from any point in the workflow.

Getting Access to your Printing Service

In order to access the Service Panel, the user account must be set as a Service Manager. At present, this can only be completed by your 3YOURMIND Project Manager.

Once that access is granted, you can begin configuring your settings in the Service Panel

  1. Log into your user account

  2. Choose Service Panel from the lower left menu
