Quote default expiration period

Quotes have an expiration period which is defined by the service.

The expiration period will be visible to the user as soon as he/she creates a quote

For the user, it means that once the quote is expired it won’t be possible to order from this quote anymore.

The configuration of the expiration period depends on the type of installation you have:

1. If you are a shared cloud customer: Kindly contact your project manager to define the expiration date

2. If you are a dedicated cloud or an on-premise customer you can modify the expiration date yourself:

Go to Site Administration → Fulfillment Partner → Quote default expiration period → Include a number (days)
