Adding Quick Links
As an admin, you have the ability to set up quick links. These are intended to give users more direct access to important information or shortcuts to various tools. You'll see these quick links clearly displayed in their own unique section within the navigation bar. The specific panel where a quick link appears is fully configurable.
Adding and configuring quick links
To add new quick links or configure existing links in the admin panel, go to
Home › B3_Organization › Links
To add a new link …
Click on “ADD LINK”
Fill out the respective fields (see table below)

Field | Description |

Visibility | The visibility setting decides where your link will be displayed. The available options are:
After the 23.11 update, links that were previously set to "User Panel Only" before the addition of the "Login Page Only" option will still be visible both in the User Panel and the Login Page to ensure there is no abrupt change for existing customers. |
Organization theme | The organization where this link will be shown |
Title | The label that should be displayed in the navigation bar. This is a multi-language field and can have a different label for each language. |
URL | The URL of the link |
Published | If enabled, then the link will be displayed as configured. If disabled, the link will not be displayed. |
Changing the order of quick links
The order of how quick links are shown in the navigation bar can be changed by dragging the links in the admin panel into the desired position.
