Working with the Parts List
All parts ordered from a Service are listed on the Parts list. It represents a single overview of the entire production volume that needs to be manufactured. Clicking one of the rows of the parts list table will open the associated part detail page (see also The Part Detail page).
The column Part # contains a hyperlink. You can use right-click or CMD-click to open parts in a new tab.
Sorting and Filtering the Parts List
You can quickly sort and filter the parts list to compare what to produce first and how you need to schedule them.
Finished parts are hidden by default - by activating the Show finished parts filter all parts can be shown in the parts list
Click on the Edit Columns menu to customize the displayed columns according to your needs. You can freely arrange the activated columns by drag and drop.
Use the Search field to find specific types of information.
Customize the view with filters:
the filters you apply will be saved for the current session, you can switch to the order page and get back to the parts list, your chosen filters will still be applied
applied filters are saved in the URL of the parts list, bookmark the current URL to open the parts list with the saved filters applied at any time
Bulk Operations on Parts
Selecting multiple parts in the parts list allows applying the following bulk-actions to all selected parts:
Assign workflows,
Assign employees,
Set the target date,
Promote selected parts to their next workflow step,
Export the production sheets for all parts,
Download their 3D files
Column Overview
Similar to the jobs list, the individual part list columns can be hidden or shown to the user's preferences. The list of parts can be searched, columns can be freely arranged with drag&drop and can be used for filtering and sorting to quickly find the desired job. The parts list offers the following columns and data:

Est. Finished Date | Calculated production finish date of a part. The estimated finish date is compared to the target date to give feedback on potential delays of the current production schedule. If all sequences of a part are scheduled then the Est. finish date is automatically calculated following the formula:
This date is automatically re-calculated if jobs or workflow steps are updated. The Est. Finished Date is not calculated if there is no job or the job is not scheduled. | - | yes |
Target Date | The Target Date describes when the production of a part is expected to be finished. Under certain conditions the date is calculated automatically - but it can always be overwritten or filled in manually. For the target date to be calculated automatically, the following needs to be true:
