Score result highlighting on part detail

We added a configuration option for scores “Show in part details”. If enabled, the respective score will now be highlighted in a parts Overview section at the top of the part detail page. This way we offer our users an easy way to highlight the assessment results they are most interested in. The newly introduced checkbox can be found in the admin panel on every scores detail page.

Creating multiple orders based on the same quote enables serial production workflow

In serial production, it is common to have one initial quote that serves as the basis for recurring orders. In the Service Panel, we have now enabled creating multiple orders from the same quote. This saves time and ensures that orders always contain the same agreed configuration.

Multiple job production sheet templates

Jobs of different workflow steps, e.g. Printing and Heat-treatment, require specific production instructions.

We now support this enhanced level of detail by allowing you to use multiple templates in parallel.

Smart calculation of reserved time for workstations and jobs

It is now very convenient to reserve maintenance time on workstations. Just enter the start and end time from when a workstation should be reserved, and the duration will be calculated automatically.

Editing the duration or the start date is also possible and will automatically re-calculate the value that makes the most sense.

Clearer distinction of tightly scheduled jobs in Schedule view

We have made it easier to distinguish different jobs on the same workstation that are scheduled close after one another by adding thin white borders to jobs.

Bug fixes

ERP

  • Under certain conditions, partial delivery notes (PDF) could not be created. This is now fixed.

  • We have disabled being able to cancel orders via “Set Status” that were already in Done, Shipped or Cancelled status as this could lead to unpredictable behavior.

  • A bug was fixed that caused the fee section to be cut off when creating an order in the service panel.
