25.1 - Release Notes
Part Identification
New Report Layout
The Report page now features a revamped layout designed to enhance efficiency and productivity. It provides an at-a-glance overview of key information, including manufacturability checks, financial reports, and custom reports. Assessing a part has never been easier.
Additional Manufacturability Checks
As part of the updates introduced in 24.9 , new manufacturability checks are now available with the first release of the year:
Complexity Check: Assesses the topology of a shape to determine its suitability for various technologies.
Accessibility Check: Evaluates overhangs or undercuts to indicate whether post-processing or milling operations are feasible.
Trapped Material Check: Identifies areas where powder or liquid material may become trapped during production, suggesting redesigns to avoid these issues.
2D Drawing Analysis Improvements
Now supports multi-page PDFs.
Includes confidence indicators when data extraction reliability falls below a configured threshold, providing greater transparency.
Support for Conventional Manufacturing
For the first time, Part Identification now supports conventional manufacturing methods like CNC milling alongside additive manufacturing. This enables users to compare not only additive technologies but also conventional options, ensuring a more comprehensive analysis.
Distributed Manufacturing
Updated Design for Line Items in the Basket
We’ve revamped the basket line with a new design that enhances overall visibility: active lines now stand out more prominently, and fully configured parts are clearly marked. We’ve also moved the 'Clone Settings' feature front and center to make it easier and quicker to replicate settings across multiple lines. This update ensures a smoother and more intuitive navigation for your customers through the basket’s contents.
Search by Filename
When searching for projects or sales transactions (requests, quotes, orders), MES parts, or MES jobs, you can now use filenames of uploaded 3D files as search criteria. This enables you to quickly locate and identify projects and orders, as well as specific parts or jobs, involving repeat files. It facilitates a swift review of previous projects helping to prevent duplicative work and further streamline operations.

Other Improvements
New Table Design
We've overhauled our table design to provide you with a cleaner, more organized interface. The new layout ensures uniform content display across the entire platform, sorting columns is smoother and has easy to understand indicators . Plus, we've added full right-click support on entire table rows, simplifying actions like opening items in new tabs. Look forward to this streamlined design rolling out gradually in upcoming releases across all tables within the software.
Password Visibility Toggle
In our new Login system, we've added a password visibility toggle. This new functionality, indicated by an eye icon next to the password field, allows users to reveal or conceal their password, thereby minimizing entry errors and enhancing security. With this update, users no longer need to enter their password twice, streamlining the process of setting or changing passwords. This feature is available after switching to our new Login system on the Login, Sign Up, and Change Password pages.
New Webhook: Notification for Order Attachments
We have introduced a new webhook, "Order Attachment Created Webhook." This webhook is triggered each time an attachment is added to an order, ensuring that you never miss any new attachments from your customers.
