Part Identification
Improved Manufacturability Insights
Design checks now come with helpful tooltips and illustrations, making it easier to understand and act on manufacturability feedback e.g., redesign.
What’s New
Added illustrations and detailed descriptions to design checks
Tooltips now offer visual context and actionable info
Benefits
✅ Helps CAD designers quickly identify manufacturability issues
✅ Reduces part design iterations
Technology-Specific Helper Texts
No more guesswork — Each technology now comes with a short description including suitable materials & machines that can be customized to your internally available equipment.
What’s New
Hover-over descriptions for each technology (e.g., CNC) in the header
Editable text via admin panel, supports markdown and hyperlinks
Updated tooltips for Manufacturability and Overall Assessment
Benefits
✅ Clarifies vague terms like “CNC” by providing precise context
✅ Offers faster onboarding and better understanding of manufacturing technologies
Flexible Cost Breakdown
Get a clearer picture of production costs with detailed, customizable rows.
What’s New
Granular cost categories: Material, Machine, Labor, Consumables, Post-Processing, Overhead
Dynamic: Only shows categories relevant to the selected technology
Benefits
✅ Enables more accurate, transparent, and customizable cost assessments
✅ Helps customers better understand and justify manufacturing decisions
Smarter Part List Filters
Find exactly what you need with enhanced filtering.
What’s New
New filters for:
Manufacturability (Good, Minor Issues, etc.)
X/Y/Z Dimensions
Is Empty fields (e.g., missing material or size)
Analysis Status (RUNNING, FAILED, SUCCESS)
Low Confidence (e.g., Material, Size)
Enhanced OR-like logic via quick filters and filter combinations
Benefits
✅ Lets you easily find parts with incomplete data e.g., missing size or material
✅ Enables quicker decision-making across large datasets
✅ Avoids complex logic or workarounds
Distributed Manufacturing
Cloning Part Configurations in Orders and Quotes
We've enhanced the Clone Configuration functionality across the User Workspace and Service Workspace to provide precise control when replicating part settings. This eliminates unintended overwrites and simplifies the setup of multi-line quotes and orders.
What’s New
Granular Clone Configuration Options
Users can now select specific attributes to clone:Material + Post-Processing (including color)
Quantity
Preferred Due Date (if enabled)
Part Requirements (if enabled)
Selective Targeting of Lines
Users choose which lines to update. Checkboxes are preselected but can be adjusted individually. Only selected attributes are applied to checked parts.“Clone Settings” renamed to “Clone Configuration”
Benefits
✅ Fine-Grained Control
Apply only the desired settings to selected parts, avoiding blanket changes across all lines.
✅ Efficient Multi-Line Management
Quickly configure large quotes or orders without repetitive manual entry.
Copy Workflows
You can now quickly duplicate existing workflow templates in Production Management, making it easier to reuse and adapt complex workflows without recreating each step from scratch. This enhancement reduces repetitive tasks and simplifies workflow configuration for operators.
What’s New
Operators can now duplicate any workflow template with a single click. Simply click the new “Duplicate” icon and a copy is created.
Benefits
✅ Save Time on Repetitive Setup
Quickly replicate complex workflows without reselecting steps, workstations, durations, or descriptions — ideal for workflows with dozens of steps.
Re-Order Existing Orders in the Service Workspace
Service users can now easily re-order previous orders directly within the Service Workspace, eliminating the need to recreate orders from scratch or rely on customers to repeat submissions. This feature streamlines repeat ordering for recurring jobs or minor adjustments.
What’s New
From the Order Detail View, users can initiate a “Re-Order” action. This opens the standard New Order form, pre-filled with all data from the original order.
Works for orders in any order status.
Automatically linked to the same project as the original
Benefits
✅ Time-Saving Order Duplication
Avoids manual re-entry and reduces errors by pre-filling all relevant fields from the previous order.
✅ Improved Service Autonomy
Service users no longer need to rely on customers to place repeat orders — they can manage it directly,
Images on Production Sheets
You can now enrich Production Sheets in Production Management by including image attachments and 3D model thumbnails. This update allows teams to create visually detailed QA reports that meet the documentation standards of large customers and regulatory bodies.
What’s New
Image Attachments in Production Sheets
Photo attachments of printed parts can now be displayed in the generated job production sheet PDFs. These images are pulled directly from the job's attachment section.
Benefits
✅ Enhanced QA Documentation
Visual evidence of the printed part and model improves transparency, traceability, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
✅ Professional, Customer-Centric Reports
Visual reports meet the expectations of enterprise and public sector clients, supporting smoother audits and sign-offs.

Other Improvements & Bug Fixes
Automated reanalysis and recalculation of parts during the deployment of new releases and features, eliminating the need for manual intervention and ensuring always up-to-date part reports.
Fixed an issue where the Magics CSV import did not function correctly from the Change Sequences drawer.
Scrapped Sequences (renamed to Batches) are no longer auto-selected on the part detail page.
