MES
Workstation types
We introduced workstation types to our workstation settings. When creating a workstation, starting with version 22.1 a workstation type must be assigned whenever a new workstation is created.
Workstation types enable performing aggregated shop floor analytics on a specific operations category across multiple workstations of the same type, supporting the detection of bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.
Possible types to choose from are:
Printing
Processing
Other
Workstation types will further improve workflow configuration and introduce new automation rules across the platform.
Updating to Version 22.1 will assign the type ‘Other’ to all existing workstations by default . In order to use the introduced workstation type for shop floor analytics, please update the workstation types in the Settings.
Update to mobile view
We added a sequence-selection dropdown to the optimized mobile view, offering the ability to switch between multiple sequence groups of the same part directly on the phone without the need of rescanning another production sheet.
