Manual Pricing is an alternative way of setting a price for an order. Instead of using a Pricing Formula, your Printing Service can calculate a more precise price using their own calculations manually, and then submit it to the customer.

Enable Manual Pricing Rules

Manual Pricing Rules determine in which cases Manual Pricing will be used. They have to be set for each material individually.

1. Go to Materials and click on Manual Price.

2. Decide which, if any, Manual Price Rules should be applied to all of your materials. They can be enabled by clicking on the square box to the left of one of them and setting a desired value.

3. Save once you've set the rules.
