Fixed self-locking quotations and made the checkout easier.
CHECKOUT: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
In the past, we showed our shipping selection like in the picture below. The description 'Arrives in' was misleading though as it was unclear if it was including the actual production time of the ordered part/s.
So we decided to update the wording in the actual shipping selection step.
In the next step, you will then see the production time added to the shipping time you selected as well as in the last page of checkout as in the finished order.

The wording changes if you selected pick up of course.
Quotation Lock
We fixed an issue that would prevent a customer to order an already filled out quotation. There should be no errors occurring anymore when trying to do so.
Tax Jar Fix
An issue was fixed that created faulty behavior if the Tax Jar implementation was used.
