4.4.0 again means a big step forward for 3YOURMIND customers. As ERP managers, you can now edit orders of your customers directly in the service panel, without them having to make any changes themselves.

[ERP] - Editing Orders in the Service Panel [beta]

As an order manager, you can now edit orders for your customers directly within the 3YOURMIND service panel. This means no time-consuming workarounds anymore, requesting the customers to make changes to their orders.

The edit order option is accessible via the more actions menu on the order detail page. Only orders in their initial status can be edited and to be able to edit orders, users need to be assigned to the access group ERP-Manager in the admin panel. When editing an order it is possible to change all part, shipping and billing information directly in the service panel. Parts can be added or deleted from the order to adapt to any changes.

The edit order feature is coming in a beta version with release 4.4.0. We are currently implementing safeguards to ensure data consistency across the platform, making sure crucial part information can not be changed anymore after parts are in production. We are working on making the finalised version of this functionality available to all customers in the upcoming releases.

[MES] - Bulk-adding parts to jobs

We reworked the Create Job view and introduced bulk-adding of parts during job creation. No scrolling or adding of every part one by one is required anymore, simply select all parts needed with the implemented checkboxes and add all of them to the job by clicking “Add Parts”.

[Machine Connectivity] - Displaying actual job names

Jobs detected via machine connectivity are now displayed with their actual job name read directly from the machine, instead of being labelled “Detected Job”. This required changes in the individual machine connectivity drivers as well as adaptation in the MES itself.

Other improvements

  • [AMPI] We streamlined the import of part data from different sources like CAD and ERP (Excel). We now offer a single script that connects CAD and ERP data during the import.

  • [ERP] User registration mail template can now incorporate the first, last and company name of the newly registered user.

Fixed Bugs

  • [AMPI] Filters were not working on the new b3 platform. We have fixed this and filters now work as expected.

  • [ERP] Date was showing European format instead of American date format on order PDFs. Now fixed.

  • [ERP] When materials were renamed, the rename material names were not reflected on generated PDFs which could cause confusion with customers. This works correctly now.

  • [MES] An issue preventing switching pages on the job list has been resolved.

  • [MES] An issue with the production sheet styling has been resolved.

  • No labels
