In order to keep track of Orders which have been placed, we have added a separate item in the navigation bar of the User Panel. The interactive, searchable list that updated status tracking and quick visibility for comments.

 

Overview of Orders

  1. Navigate to the Orders tab in the user panel.

  2. Sort the orders by Printing Service or Status using the dropdown menus.

  3. Use the Search Box to filter orders by any other characteristic including order number, reference number or date.

  4. Clicking on any Comment Box will allow you to jump to the Comments Section for that order to review and respond to the service bureau.

Review Order Details

  1. Click on any Order Number to access the order detail page.

  2. On the left side, you can instantly track the Order Status including any stopping points in the process.

  3. You can add Comments to communicate directly with the printing service about changes to the order or add clarification about the production process.
