[Agile MES] Dynamic Worklists (BETA)


Worklists are used to display and track all Postthe production and post-processing activities in the production schedule. The Agile MES automatically creates Dynamic Worklists for each print job, that requires Post-processing. As and steps on your shop floor. The Agile MES will automatically generate a Dynamic Worklist for each station that requires post-processing. Since each part can have an individual workflow and set of requirements after printing, the Worklists worklists are essential for tracking to track the individual progress

Automatically Adjusting Worklists

Every time a Job is moved, added , scrapped & or rescheduled or deleted the Agile MES will automatically reschedules reschedule the parts part worklists based on the available capacity in your production schedule. In this BETA beta release your parts are scheduled adjusted based on first-in-first-out. The full release will optimize your production schedule based on the target of delivery date for each part. Hint: Deleting a Job removes

It is now also possible to scrap or delete Jobs which will remove all the planned Worklists related to itthe job.

By clicking on a worklist,   processing operators can view all parts , that need are scheduled to be processed on a workstation within one each day. This workload  can can be changed by manually removing or adding parts from to the worklist.

  • Operators will /Engineers should remove parts if the workload includes more parts than they can process in a day.
  • Operators will should add parts if they want to prioritize parts from another worklist in the future.

  • other future worklists or know that they can handle more parts in a single day.

After adjusting the part workload the worklist can be confirmed be confirmed and the parts are will be marked as ready to be processed.

Tracking and Documenting Progress using Worklists

Operators and engineers can document all progress on the worklist as they process parts. The Agile MES automatically tracks when a part arrived at a workstation so that you can compare the planned arrival and  the the actual arrival time of a part. A Part part can be set to the following statuses:  

  • In Progress: The processing of a part has started
  • Complete: The processing of a part is successfully completed. The part is automatically marked as `arrived` arrived in its the following workstation’s worklist.
  • Moved to next day: The processing of the part has not started and the part is rescheduled to for the next day.  
  • Scrapped: During the processing, the part was damaged and needs to be reprinted. A new part sequence is automatically created that needs to be scheduled for production.

The part status will also be indicated with Worklist Colors:
