Commenting on 3D Projects
Each 3D ProjectRequest, Quote and Order maintains its own specific comment stream.
At the end of each 3D Project there is a Comment Field to begin the conversation.
Add additional users who should be part of the conversationGo to Orders and click a line to access the Order Detail Page
Scroll down to see all current Comments.
Using Add a Comment, you can send a message directly to the printing service.
Users can reply to specific comments by clicking the "clicking Reply" Button.
Users can edit or delete their own comments for clarity.
An e-mail notification is also sent to all team members who have access the 3D Project.
