August, 15th 2019 - This release includes a big update on Post-Processing worklists in the Agile MES

...

By clicking on a worklist, processing operators can view all parts, that need to be processed on a workstation in one day. This workload can be changed by removing or adding parts from the worklist.

  • Operators will remove parts if the workload includes more parts than they can process in a day
  • Operators will add parts if they want to prioritize parts from another worklist in the future.

After defining the workload the worklist can be confirmed and the parts are ready to be processed.

...

  • In Progress: The processing of a part has started
  • Complete: The processing of a part is completed. The part is automatically marked as `arrived` in its following worklist
  • Moved to next day: The processing of the part has not started and the part is rescheduled to the next day.
  • Scrapped: During the processing, the part was damaged and needs to be reprinted. A new part sequences sequence is automatically created that needs to be scheduled for production.

The part staus will also be indicated with Worklist Colors

  • Light Purple: no/some parts arrived,
  • Purple: parts arrived
  • Blue: worklist is confirmed
  • Green: All is completed except moved light
  • Red: some parts scrapped red: all parts scrapped
