In order to keep track of Orders which have been placed, we have added a separate item in the navigation bar of the User Panel. Now there is an interactive, searchable orders list that includes updated status tracking and quick visibility for comments. As a bonus, the roll-out will add a big impact on performance in terms of speed.
View Orders
Navigate to the Orders tab in the user panel.
Sort the orders by Printing Service or Status using the dropdown menus.
Use the Search Box to filter orders by any other characteristic including order number, reference number or date.
Clicking on any Comment Box will allow you to review and respond to comments about an order without leaving the overview page.
Access Order Details
Click on any Order Number to access the detailed order information.
On the left side, you can instantly track the Order Status including any stopping points in the process.
You can add Comments to communicate directly with the printing service about changes to the order or add clarification about the production process.
