As a Printing Service, you can configure which currencies you support and accept. This means that users can create orders and quotes in their preferred currency if this is explicitly supported by you as part of Additional Supported Currencies.

Any selected and supported currency will be reflected throughout the entire ordering process for the buyer as well as on the Service side. As a Printing Service, you can configure your Main Currency and an unlimited number of Additional Supported Currencies. If a user would like to order in a currency that is not the Main Currency nor any of the Additional Supported Currencies, she will be defaulted to your Main Currency.

How to Set and Edit Currencies

To set currencies, you need to go configure them in the Service Panel:

  1. Go to Service Panel.

  2. Go to Settings > General Settings > Billing information.

  3. Define main currency and additionally supported currencies.

  4. Save changes by clicking on the “Save“ button.

When and How Currency Conversion is Applied

Prices are converted to a buyer’s preferred currency if her desired currency is in the list of Additional Supported Currencies. Currency conversion is provided by our integration with the service currencylayer

In Test or QA environments we use hard-coded exchange rates, rather than calling the service of currencylayer - to avoid incurring costs. Differences in calculated amounts compared to a live exchange rate are therefore expected.

A Buyer can set their preferred currency in their profile:
Profile - User Settings - Region Settings - Currency.
