Creating material lots

In order to create material lots, simply access the material inventory page and click Create lot above the inventory lot table.

After opening the lot creation drawer, first select the material for which you intend to create a new material lot. The material dropdown will feature all materials configured in the materials settings - regardless if they are offered or just configured for internal use. Visit the section on material configuration here https://3yourmind.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PD/pages/115016498 .

A material lot will require an internal lot ID, other information are optional.

Attachments such as quality documents or delivery notes provided by the respective material supplier can be uploaded to a material lot after initially creating the lot. To do so, simply edit the lot after creating and upload all desired attachments.

Configured material lots can be assigned to jobs via their https://3yourmind.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PD/pages/1059356793 .
