Tracking and Documenting Progress using Worklists

Operators and engineers can document all progress on the worklist as they process parts. The Agile MES automatically tracks when a part arrived at a workstation so that you can compare the planned arrival and  the the actual arrival time of a part. A Part part can be set to the following statuses:

  • In Progress: The processing of a part has started
  • Complete: The processing of a part is successfully completed. The part is automatically marked as `arrived` arrived in its the following workstation’s worklist.
  • Moved to next day: The processing of the part has not started and the part is rescheduled to for the next day.
  • Scrapped: During the processing, the part was damaged and needs to be reprinted. A new part sequence is automatically created that needs to be scheduled for production.

The part staus will also be indicated with Worklist Colors:

  • Light Purple: no/some parts arrived,
  • Purple: parts arrived
  • Blue: worklist is confirmed
  • Green: All is completed except moved light
  • Red: some parts scrapped red: all parts scrapped
