'** '** The type Production is used to reflect that a part was fully qualified and is now in its Production stage of its lifecycle. Promoting a part to any status of the type Production will freeze its part configuration and make it uneditable by any user. This type is to be used to ensure that no part details are being changed while a part is offered via the catalog or being ordered.

After creating and configuring the required statuses, Experts simply need to put these statuses in order in the Workflow section to create a workflow. Please make sure you have at least one status with the type Qualification assigned to it in the workflow, if you intend to use the [LINK] Configuring your AM Part in the Production tab feature.

During workflow creation the configuration of each status can be checked by hovering over the Permissions, Notifications or Reasons buttons.
