Friday, November 30th 2018 - We are very excited to take a big step towards completing the new User Panel and launching the Agile MES. There are many noticeable improvements with this Version and we are working well in continuously developing all components of our software.

  • E-mail "pending verification" is not sent to the verifier anymore when user adds a new address in the checkout
  • Not all recipients are displayed in the e-mail Order Notification anymore (moved to BCC)
  • Now the cheapest shipping method (and not the fastest) is shown in the project page

The redesign of the new User Panel is opening up a big chapter and we are making major progress. We now have implemented Orders and the side navigation bar in the User Panel. Not only does this development include great usability, but also has a great impact on the performance. You can now have a quick overview of an interactive orders list with filters and search and indication of comments and status. In the order detail, a user can quickly access all the relevant information of his order and communicate with the printing service.

Checkout in the User Currency

Printing Services can now configure which currencies are supported to be displayed in the User Panel. The supported currencies will be reflected throughout the entire communication with the customer. As a Printing Service you can configure your main currency and additional supported currencies in Service Panel > Settings > General Settings:

Agile MES Improvements

After being showcased at Formnext further improvements have been implemented in the Agile MES:

  • Batch processing always applies to all sequences of the parts and includes:
    • Move to next status
    • Assign workflow template
    • Assign people
  • Customize Job Names
  • Introduce job update functionality
  • The 3D viewer can be now accessed form the Part Detail view
  • The Part name is displayed in the Part Detail view
  • Jobs are linked to scheduled sequences in the part detail page (in the table)
  • Assignees cant be displayed in the Parts list
