Define the General Branding of your platform

. This includes setting up colors, logos and background images for the login and signup.

Most of the Settings are available in the Organization theme Admin Panel:

• Visit the homepage (https://[Your domain]/)

• Log in with Email and Password of the superadmin

• Edit the URL to https://[Your domain]/admin

• Click on Organization themes

• Click on your domain.

Colors

Change the

colors of the platform to match your corporate ones!

Just choose the main colour of the platform and all the visual elements in it will adapt automatically

(e.g. buttons, text, icons)

To change the colours

expand the Theming section in the Organization theme Admin Panel:

• Under Theming you will find different options to customize the colours of the platform

• :

  • Main brand color: Will be applied to buttons and various UI elements

  • Navbar brand color: Will be applied to the navbar (at the moment there is a known bug causing the Navbar brand color to be ignored. See below for available coloring options.)

  • Background color: Will be applied as background to the login/signup screen.

  • Navbar color theme:

    • Set to -----, to color the navigation in the Main brand color.

    • Set to Light, to color the navigation in white with text in the Main brand color.

    • Set to Dark, to color the navigation in dark-grey with white text.

    • Set to Reversed, to color the navigation in white with black text.

To change the Background Image expand the Theming section in the Organization theme Admin Panel:

• Upload an image in the Background Image field

Recommended Background Image Specifications

For the best display and performance, we recommend the following specifications for background images:

• File Format: PNG or JPG

• File Size: The smaller the better. Smaller than 1MB would be perfect.

• Dimensions / Aspect Ratio: 16:9

Using these guidelines ensures your login page is visually appealing and delivers a professional, seamless user experience.

Logos and Favicon 

In Organization themes you can also include a Logo and Favicon for your platform

.

To change the colours expand the Images section in the Organization theme Admin Panel:

Available Options:

• Navbar Logo: Will be shown on top of the navigation. Use an inverted (white) logo, if the navigation bar is colored. Please resize logo to a small size before uploading.

• Logo link: URL that is opened if user clicks on the logo.

• Custom Favicon: Symbol file to show in the Browsers Tab & Bookmarks.

• Standard Logo: Logo to be used in login & signup screen and emails. Logo will always be shown on white background. Please resize logo to a small size before uploading.

Emails

The Organization Themes also has options to adjust the Emails Footer and Email Sender

Go to Email Footer and adjust booth fields at your preference.

Note: If you change the Name of Email From Address always include <print@3yourmind.com> after it as in the picture. If you wish to change the email address kindly follow the process described here.

Help Page

The help page contains Support Contacts which will be displayed in the dashboard in the user panel. Multiple can be defined.

Links can be added to the Navigation Bar of your platform.
