Procedure

  1. Open the URL:  supportsupport.3yourmind.com and create an account.

  2. Click on “submit a request” to contact the 3yourmind support team.

  3. You can reach out to us for different types of issues (Technical support, Report a bug, Suggest an improvement, Other questions). Select one.

The difference between the types of issues is explained in the request template:

If you are experiencing a bug, please include the following information: 

  1. Steps to reproduce the bug 

  2. Browser used 

  3. A description of the actual and expected results.

a. Fill out the descriptions (summary and descriptions)

b. Add attachments (screenshots, notes)

c. Set the priority (Highest, High, Medium, Low, Lowest)

d. Once you have submitted a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer teamread the instructions on how to write a bug ticket.

Tickets resolution 

Once you have submitted your ticket you can follow up on the resolution of your problem. If you click on “requests” on the top right of the portal you will access all the tickets you have opened.
