Creating a Quote from a Request
To create a Quote from a Request, open the Request and click Create Quote. This will open a new “Quote from Request” form, pre-filled with all information that was part of the initial Request. To complete the form, the same steps apply as described above in Creating a Quote.

Editing a Quote
To edit an existing Quote, open the Quote that you want to change. Under More Actions, click on Edit Quote.
The same form as when creating a Quote or Order will load, however, prefilled with the existing Quote information. You can change any Quote detail - except for the customer - and confirm your changes by clicking Save. Additionally, the quote expiration date can be changed directly from the quote detail page without opening the edit quote form.
