Job creation process
The job creation process can be started by clicking Create Job on the job list and schedule page. Further, when clicking directly in the scheduler, the job creation drawer opens with the times and workstation preset, depending on where the user clicks.
Prerequisites:
Workstation created and materials assigned in workstation settings
Workflow created with workstations assigned to the right steps
Correct workflow assigned to parts
Create new Jobs
Set/Adjust Printing Time

Add a Custom Job Name (if applicable)
Select a workstation from the

The Agile MES will provide automatically prioritized part recommendations for a new job

Document Process Parameters from the schedule view by clicking on a title. The information will be linked to all parts that have been assigned to that job based on their Sequence ID.
Attach Documents, Instructions and Comments
Most often, this is used for Quality Assurance documents such as pictures of snapped parts, etc.
When the status of the Job is changed, it will be visible in a different color in the Scheduler
Material Batch Number in Job Detail
The Material Batch Number for cab also be set at the Job level. This is important for Quality Control, particularly to document powder used for parts against testing done in the lab.

Batch 3D Model download during job planning and in job detail
We want to make the experience of finding the right parts and scheduling a job easier. We made it possible to quickly access the 3D models during and after scheduling jobs. Try the following:
Use our smart part suggestion to quickly find the parts that fit into the build chamber
Download the suggested 3D Models
Nest the downloaded 3D models and slice
Adjust the job if needed and save

Set Time Zone per Service Location
Production Planners can set the time zone of each production location independently. This is essential for scheduling parts at the right time while working in international teams and distributed manufacturing.

Each service can set a specific time zone based on its location.

The Production Schedule is then displayed in the selected time zone and jobs/worklists are saved in that timezone. This is important for managing target delivery dates and times when transferring work between locations.

If an entire job has failed, we also added the functionality to scrap the whole print job. Once a job has been scrapped you can easily reschedule it. On the Part level, the failed sequences are also scrapped and new ones are created for the rescheduled job.
Go to Job detail
Update the status to Failed
In the Job detail the scheduled parts move to the status: `scrapped`, however the current status of the part detail doesn't change.
In part detail, the sequences of the parts are scrapped according to the workflow described above.
The job can be easily rescheduled.

Reserved Times
It is now possible to reserve time slots in the schedule. This allows you to account for any time in which a workstation can not operate, such as maintenance, customer visits or research projects. Simply add a new reserved time and give it the name you want.
To configure a reserved time slot you can either:
Click anywhere in the schedule and select the type: reserved time or
go to Settings > Workstations > Reserved Time and configure a new reserved time for the selected workstation.

Comments for Jobs
It is now possible to add comments for Jobs. This allows printing services to collaborate internally to discuss and document details on the job. To add comments
Go to Service Panel > Schedule
Click on Job to access the Job detail
- Enter a comment and click save.
Select the planned print start time
Set/Adjust job duration
Time duration is currently set manually but will be automated in the future

e.g. some companies use Customer Names for Jobs

If you need to move a Job to a later time or to a printer with the same production material, that can be done using drag and drop

Adjust the Job Details
Deactivating the Schedule Job toggle lets you create a job without assigning any start time or duration
Jobs without times are created and can be found on the job list with status “Unscheduled”
The Agile MES will automatically list all parts available for scheduling in a table, this list includes all parts where:
The selected workstation is part of at least one step of the parts workflow
The parts required material can be processed by the selected workstation
The part has not been processed on this workstation yet
The part is not scheduled in a different job during the chosen time slot
Once at least one part is selected, parts can be added by clicking the Add Parts button above the table
after adding parts to a job you can adjust the part quantity in this job with the + / - buttons in the quantity columns
At the bottom right, finish job creation by clicking Create Job
