These roles can be adjusted and added in the admin panel > Fulfillment partners > select partner > user access groups

MES Operator

  • Access Jobs, Parts, Schedule

  • Create and Schedule Jobs

  • Move Parts through the Workflow

  • Comment on Parts

  • Assign Part Workflow

  • Assign Part Target Date

ERP/MES Configurator

  • All from ERP Viewer

  • All from MES Operator

  • All from ERP Manager

  • Change Settings for ERP and MES

Note: when a user needs both the role of ERP Manager and ERP/MES Configurator, you will need to add the user twice, with these 2 roles.
