Clicking on any job in the scheduler or the job list opens this job's detail page. The job detail shows all available information associated with this job. Further it can be accessed from a parts sequence table, or via scanning the QR code on the job production sheet title page.

The information available on job detail page:

  • Job status

  • Workstation

  • Material Lot ID

  • Job creation date

  • Assigned sequences

  • Job documentation

  • Attachments, comments

  • Job start and end time

    • if connected via machine connectivity these times are updated automatically based on the data read from the machine

Possible actions on job detail page:

  • Fill out or edit the job documentation form, e.g. to record print parameters of this job.

  • Upload attachments

  • Assign employees to jobs

  • Communication on part level via comments

  • Assign a material lot

  • Change parts and sequences assigned to job

  • Update job status:

    • Start / Finish / Scrap / Reschedule

    • If connected via machine connectivity, job start and finish updates are done automatically by reading the machines current state

    • Set an unscheduled job to finished including a duration

  • Batch-download all 3D models

  • Batch-download all part production sheets together with the job sheet title page

Downloading the production sheets via the job detail page will create all part production sheet PDFs and an additional job production sheet as title page. The job production sheet features all basic information about the job that are also present on the job detail page, as well as a QR code that can be scanned to enter the jobs detail page from mobile devices.
