Vouchers let you offer discounts to users via unique codes.

How to Create a Voucher

1. Go to Settings > Vouchers

2. Click: Add Voucher

3. Fill in the following fields:

   1. Voucher Code: Enter the code you will distribute to users.

   2. Voucher Type: Choose between:

      • Fixed Amount: A specific discount.

      • Percentage: A percentage discount (e.g., 50% = half price).

   3. Value: Define the discount amount based on the selected type.

   4. Start and End Date: Define the voucher’s active period when it can be applied by customers.

   5. Usability Limit Type (Optional):

      • Global: Max number of total redemptions across all users (e.g., 25 uses).

      • Per User: Max number of times each user can redeem the code (e.g., 2 times).

      • None: There is no limit on how often the discount is applied.

   6. Shipping Costs: Toggle whether the voucher applies to shipping fees.

      • If disabled, shipping is always added as a flat fee.
