Part Identification
Applicable Technologies at a Glance
Recommending the best production technology for a part has always been a strength of the 3YOURMIND Part Identification solution. With this release, we made it much easier for users to see, which technologies are applicable for a part, especially when looking at a set of 10 or more parts at the same time.
What’s New
Users can see all applicable technologies and it’s manufacturability results in one column in the Part List. The technologies are shown according to the configuration. (see details of preferred technologies settings)

Adding Inserts – Enhanced Configuration and Pricing
Insert handling in post-processing has been significantly upgraded across the platform. Users can now configure, price, and document inserts in more detail during order and quote creation. This enables accurate and automated quoting, streamlined production, and improved clarity across all views and documents.
What’s New
Insert Configuration in Customer Workspace:
Users can select from a predefined list of inserts (e.g., M3–M10, custom) and specify the quantity per type during part configuration. The list is configurable and extendable via the admin panel.
Automatic Insert Pricing:
Insert costs are automatically calculated based on the number of inserts selected. Pricing can be applied uniformly or differentiated per insert type, and integrated into pricing formulas.
Insert Details in All Views:
Insert information is now visible in the Basket, Request, Quote, and Order views, as well as in the corresponding PDFs — providing full transparency throughout the workflow.
Drawing Upload Support:
Optionally require a technical drawing upload when inserts are configured to ensure clarity for production.
Production Visibility:
Required inserts are clearly listed for shopfloor users in Production Management, supporting accurate preparation and installation.

Simplified Basket Workflow with Auto-Save
We have streamlined the material and post-processing configuration process in the basket by removing the "Save" button and introducing an auto-save feature. This improvement simplifies the user experience, reduces confusion, and allows for a faster checkout process.
What’s New
Auto-Save Configuration: The system now automatically saves material and post-processing selections at every step of the configuration workflow.
Removed "Save" Button: The manual "Save" button has been removed from the basket's configuration workflow to eliminate an unnecessary step.

✅ Faster, More Intuitive Checkout The elimination of a manual save step makes the checkout process quicker and more straightforward, reducing friction for users.
✅ Reduced Confusion and Support Inquiries By automatically saving configurations, we prevent issues where a basket cannot proceed due to an unsaved selection. This helps reduce user confusion and the number of support requests.

Part List KPI cards (also known as “Aggregated Functions”) comply with US standards.
Custom Metadata for Google Search
You can now define custom metadata for your platform, including the site title and description, to improve how your page appears in Google search results. This enhancement empowers services to influence what potential customers see when they find your platform via search engines.
Apps > Description
Admins can now define a custom description for their platform via the Organization Detail view in the admin panel. This text is automatically injected into the <meta name="description"> tag for Google indexing.
Custom Page Title
The platform title shown in search results now uses the organization's name, replacing the default “3YOURMIND” branding, for better SEO alignment.
Bug Fixes
Improved performance on loading sales transactions (projects/requests/quotes/orders) across workspaces
Removed a duplicated service filter in the catalog across workspaces
Fixed overflowing post-processing tables in the service workspace settings
Fixed an edge case for failing printability checks in the 3d Viewer in the service workspace
Fixed an edge case where disabling services results in a redirect loop for service workspace users
Numeric score results are now correctly sorted in part identification
Tolerances in inches and mm are now visualised in the same way in part identification
