Embedded Business Analytics
All data generated from your business running on 3YOURMIND contains a lot of information and insights. with the new Business Analytics module, we give you the tools to tap into that pond of knowledge. We have crafted a number of analytics dashboards that aggregate and present important business figures from your data.
Accessing and Navigating the Dashboards
The Analytics dashboards provide sensitive information about your business running on the 3YOURMIND platform. Therefore, we have made them available only on the Organisation Panel. Only users with the role of Organisation admin can access the Org panel and the dashboards.

Within the Org panel, the Analytics dashboards can be found under Advanced Analytics. The old Analytics section will soon be replaced in favor of the new Business Analytics.
Using the dropdown menu, you can switch between different dashboards.
The Analytics dashboards are only available to customers on a Dedicated Cloud server or on an on-prem instance. For customers on the Shared Production server Analytics is not available. If you are on the Shared Production server and would like to access Analytics, please speak to your Sales rep to initiate transferring you to a dedicated cloud instance.

Order Management
Basic statistics related to Order Management, e.g. number of orders and order value.
Date filter
When pertaining to orders, considers the date an order was created.
When pertaining to Catalog parts, considers the date a Catalog part was created.
Part Lifecycle Management
Statistics to get an overview across the parts of the PLM.
Date filter
Considers the date created of a part.
Production Management
Basic statistics related to Production Management
Date filter
When pertaining to parts, considers the date a part was targeted to be finished.
When pertaining to jobs, considers the start time of a job.
User Management
Basic statistics related to users registered on the platform
Enterprise Analytics
In the Enterprise package of Analytics you can create and configure your own dashboards. Please, reach out to the 3YOURMIND Customer Success Team if you are interested in a training.
How to Access the Analytics Module to Configure Custom Dashboards
There are three ways to access the configuration area of the Analytics module. The details are listed below.
On-prem customers need to use Option 3 - Login Form as the other two options rely on Metabase SSO which is not available for Metabase on-prem.
Option 1 - Through Analytics in the Organization Panel

Navigate to Organization Panel > Analytics and click Configure Analytics button in the top right corner:
Option 2 - SSO
Navigate to <URL of your 3YOURMIND platform>/analytics/ in your web browser.
Choose Sign in with SSO:
If you are logged in to the 3YOURMIND platform already you will be authenticated immediately. If not, you will be redirected to the login page first:

Navigate to <URL of your 3YOURMIND platform>/analytics/ in your web browser.
Choose Sign in with email and provide your Metabase login details:
Who can access the Analytics module
In order to access the Analytics module using methods 1 and 3, you need to have at least one of the following access rights on the 3YOURMIND platform:
Server Admin / "Superuser"Organization Admin
Moreover, if you were having Server Admin / "Superuser" rights, then you will automatically receive admin rights in the Analytics module as well.
