3YD SaaS platforms can be configured to send email notifications from custom email addresses. The following process for email verification must be executed by our technical team.

 

  1. 3YD technical team will send a verification email to the address that is going to be used as Email From Address.

  2. Customer verifies the email address by clicking verification link from the Amazon Web Services email

  3. 3YD technical team configures the application to send emails from the new address.
