Overview

In order to provide direct insight into your client base and to track platform usage, the Analytics tool is accessible for Printing Services and Organization managers. The reports summarize activity on the platform to improve decisions on time and resource allocation - informed by statistics. These analytical tools cover:

Performance Overview

The Overview shows the key statistics that are tracked by every Service.

  1. Go to Organization Panel > Analytics.

  2. View the overview of your Service/Services to see performance over the past period (default 30 days).

  3. Adjust the Time Period by clicking the calendar window and selecting start and end dates.

  4. Compare it with a Previous Period (automatically set to the same number of days as the time period).

Order Statistics

The Order Statistics provides a visual representation of the status of the orders. The view can be adjusted to show different groupings of Services (if you have different ones) and by days, weeks, months, quarters or years.

Order Categories

Categories are used to classify the orders:

  • Pending: projects that have been ordered by the customer but are waiting for action from the service 

  • In progress: projects are still in the service production queue.

  • Shipped: projects that have been delivered to the customer 

  • Canceled: projects that have been canceled by the service

Customizing Order Statistics

  1. Adjust the Time Period by clicking the calendar window and selecting start and end dates.

  2. Switch between Value or Amount of orders.

  3. Check or uncheck the colored Order Status Categories 

User Statistics

The User Statistics tracks customer behavior on your platform over time.

  • Registered Users have completed the registration process.

  • Active Users have logged in, uploaded a file or placed an order within the time period.

  • Open Registration have signed up for the platform, received a confirmation email, but haven’t confirmed their account.

Evaluating User Statistics

  1. Go to Organization Panel > Analytics and navigate to the bottom left.

  2. Adjust the Time Period by clicking the calendar window in the top-left and selecting start and end dates.

  3. Check or uncheck types of users to dynamically adjust the graph.

Upload Statistics

The Upload Statistics compare the number of projects and files uploaded to your platform, or both at the same time - to see them in relation to each other. It’s a quick and easy way to monitor your service in short or long term.
