When processing orders, there are often fees based on the size of orders or to cover administration and processing costs. Those can be applied to all orders in the Order Settings section.
Setting a Minimum Order Price
Click on Settings > Order Settings
Enable minimum order price
Input the Minimum Order Price you are willing to accept for processing
When multiple services are offered in your network, then your service will not appear until the minimum order price is met. If you are the only service, the buyer will get a warning and be prompt to increase the number of parts to place the order.
Adding Order Fees
Click on Settings > Order Settings
Select Add Additional Order Fee
Provide a Name which will be displayed to the user and an Amount for the fee.
If the order fee is based on the contents of the order, you can also use a Pricing Formula to generate the additional cost. More information is available under Pricing Scripts .
You can provide as many different order fees as needed. Each will be shown as a different line item in your order.
Typical order fees include; packing fee, administration fee, file verification, expedited order processing.
