For each part that is uploaded, a series questions appear for each part to convey key part requirements.

1. Upload a 3D File.

2. Click on each part Line Item.

3. Input the information in right column, under the thumbnail.

4. If multiple forms are available, select the correct form.

5. Click to Submit and complete the order process.
